Rent the Museum

Host an unforgettable event at the Museum! Roam freely throughout the science-themed galleries, beautiful outdoor areas, and more. Mid-America Science Museum is a one-of-a-kind location available as the perfect setting for your event and by renting the museum you are supporting Mid-America Science Museum's educational programming and exhibition facilities.

Full Museum Rentals Include:

• Full access to our 60,000+ square foot museum including galleries, café, skywalk, and outdoor areas for up to 500 guests

• 6-hour rentals include 2 hours for set-up and breakdown

• Professional museum staff on site

• Tables and chairs provided

• Basic housekeeping services included

• Oaklawn Foundation Digital Dome Theater and Tesla Theater available (for additional fee)

Rates and Details:

• $2500 base rate - 6 hours, up to 500 guests

• $100 per 100 guests over first 500

• $150 for each additional hour

• Tesla Show or other educational program: $100 for first program, $50 per additional program

• Digital Dome Theater Show: $250

Mid-America also has spaces available for small, private meetings. Choose from a classroom setting or more traditional conference area with a view. Conference and classroom rentals are only $50.00 per hour! Perfect for all your group, club, or business needs!
