From alternating current to the inspiration for the smartphone, Nikola Tesla’s legacy continues to inspire generations of scientists and inventors!
Join us as we celebrate Nikola Tesla’s 170th birthday on Saturday, July 11th, from 10 AM to 4 PM at Mid-America Science Museum. It’s going to be a day of discovery and fun!
All day we’ll be featuring special science shows in the Dorothy Van Lue & Albert F.W. Habeeb Tesla Theater, home of the World’s Most Powerful Conical Tesla Coil, and in the Oaklawn Foundation Digital Dome Theater.
Experiment with some of Tesla’s most iconic theories at our Discovery Tables where you’ll be able to explore robotics and electrical currents.
Come dressed as your favorite scientist or inventor and receive a Tesla Fest button, and don’t forget to snap a selfie with Tesla.
